Not to toot my own horn too much, but as a person who has successfully sabered a sparkling wine bottle with a meat cleaver…this product baffles me a little. I’m sure my many years of sparkling wine opening have numbed me to the challenges of opening a bottle, so if you’re unsure, maybe this will help.
