I’ll admit this is a very specialized thing, but as a person who 1. loves kitchen gadgets and 2. grows a ton of herbs this sounds really intriguing. It will automate and simplify the infusing process in this magic device. I mean I can infuse my butter with rosemary or thyme without having to make a compound butter?! Sign me up!
