I’ve been into hosting small gatherings with tasting menus lately, usually serving a few pieces of meat so we can sample different cuts or different meats – this can also stretch three steaks to feed four or five people. I just cut and serve them on a similar board but nothing nearly as sexy as this one. I need this.
