Raise your hand if you don’t have anxiety this year. Yeah, that’s what I thought. It’s kind of baked-in at this point in our collective Pandemic Year. I’ve done a lot of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) in my life, and it’s really helped me manage my anxiety demons.
This Anti-Anxiety notebook uses some CBT prompts and is designed by therapists. I thought it looked retro-cool, too.
