Sometimes just doing one thing every day can really make a difference. These sticky notes help to break down those big goals one week/daily chunks to make it feel easier. For example, I have a daily goal to “clean something” to help me keep my house clean and organized – I don’t always succeed, but I have noticed that my house is staying materially cleaner in general and I really spend about 10-15 mins on it each day.
